What is IRC Inspired Theme for Facebook Messenger?

IRC Inspired Theme for Facebook Messenger is a Chrome extension that allows you to enable a dark, minimal theme for the Facebook Messenger Web App. It provides an IRC-inspired theme, moves messages to the left-hand side of the screen, modifies image previews, and retains all functionality of Messenger. There are two modes available: Standard and IRC. In IRC mode, names are removed from 1-on-1 conversations, participant names are only shown in group conversations, and messages are prepended with a symbol to identify the sender.
