Edit: The "Add to Snip"-Button on eBay listing pages is Back! :-) Everything's fine. I've been using snip for at least 10+ years now. I've never had any troubles with it. Sometimes the snipes wouldn't make it in time, but that happened with a 0.01% chance, if I had to guess. Yes, the snipes cost money, however they're worth every cent. So... Thank you for your service, korba.

Works but have to pay after using a minimal amount of snipes. Essentially not worth the money really.

Cost money. You don't find that out till after that have a lot of your information and you have spent a few minutes setting this all up. The "ammunition" is pricey. You have to pay for each bid, and you are only allowed so many.
