Vincent Lo, 2024-04-09Something you need to be aware of if you subscribe to this extension: since there is no way to unsubscribe on your own in the app's interface or in your own account, make sure you sign up with Paypal so that you can cancel the auto-renewal when you need to from Paypal. Second: If you are planning to cancel, make sure you do so closer to your rebill date to get the full amount you paid for out of the subscription. My last rebill was on June 21; manually canceled the subscription today via Paypal (7/3), and the use of the app was terminated immediately. Like literally, if I try to log in, the app says, "User suspended." So I did not even get my full final month out of the app, which should have lasted until 7/21 like 99% of all apps do when you end your subscription. And there was no financial credit given for the unused time. So subscriber, beware. Had the subscription for 3 months, but what I've outlined above is the reason I cannot give this app a 5-star rating.
