It features live rain radar, a 2-hour precipitation forecast, and identification of precipitation types like rain, hail, and snow. Users can access summed precipitation data over various timeframes and track possible thunderstorms with mesocyclone alerts.

The extension also provides comprehensive snow situation layers, including snow height and water equivalent measurements. Additionally, it offers up to 5-day weather forecasts covering temperature, cloud cover, and significant or non-significant weather phenomena such as drizzle or sunshine. Other key features include push notifications for precipitation alerts at your current location, zoomable and moveable maps, place search, customizable map styles, a dark theme, and a favorites system for saving locations and alerts.
