I do an overhaul of my inbox every January with Trimbox. I love it!

It does work, a bit slow (it takes 30sec to evaluaete a page of 100 mails and then about 10-15 sec per mail/address that you want to unsubscribe) Interface is "not professional" and functional you might be unsubscribe to items you need to keep due to list of email adapts on th emoment of your click.
