WFSuite: Time & Attendance

WFSuite is the time and attendance app for employees of companies that use WFSuite. Clock in and out, follow your hours and shifts, and manage your leave, all from your phone.

CLOCK IN WITH ONE TAP
• Clock in, clock out and take breaks with a single tap.
• Your company may ask for the punch to be made at the workplace: the app checks your location only at that moment, never in the background.
• Scan the QR code at your workplace or in one of its zones when your company uses them.
• No connection? The punch is saved on the phone with the right time and sent as soon as you are back online.

YOUR HOURS, ALWAYS CLEAR
• See today's punches and the hours you have worked.
• Something wrong or missing? Send a correction request to your manager.

SHIFTS AND LEAVE
• Your upcoming shifts at a glance, and shift swaps to accept or decline.
• Your leave balances, always up to date.
• Request leave in seconds and follow its approval.

ALWAYS INFORMED
• Company announcements and notifications in one place.

MADE FOR YOU
• English, Italian and Romanian.
• Four looks, light and dark, including the classic one.
• Sign in with your username and password or with your QR badge.

PRIVACY FIRST
• Your location is read only when you punch, and only if your company requires it.
• Photos taken at clock-in are deleted from the phone as soon as they are sent.
• No ads.

Note: WFSuite accounts are created by your employer. If your company doesn't use WFSuite yet, it can start at www.wfsuite.it.
