TimeSoft 2.0

TimeSoft is a workforce time-and-attendance app for employees of organizations that use the TimeSoft platform. Clock in and out from your phone, confirm you are at your work site, and keep track of your shifts, overtime and leave - all in one place.

To use TimeSoft you need a company code from your employer and a work email address registered on the system.

KEY FEATURES

- Clock in / out: punch from your phone with a quick, secure flow.
- Location-verified punches: confirms you are at an approved work site when you clock in or out.
- Biometric confirmation: use your fingerprint or face unlock before a punch. Your biometrics stay on your device.
- One device per employee: your account binds to a single approved device to prevent buddy-punching.
- My attendance: see your daily punches, late/early, and attendance status.
- Shifts & roster: view your assigned shifts and schedule.
- Overtime & permissions: request overtime and late-in / early-out permissions.
- Corrections & exceptions: raise a correction for a missed punch and attach a file if needed.
- Approvals: managers can review and approve requests on the go.

TimeSoft connects only to your organization's backend over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Your attendance records are available to your employer's authorized administrators. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Note: TimeSoft requires a company code and a registered work email, and is intended for employees of organizations subscribed to TimeSoft.
