The app allows you to import an excel.xls sheet published on the web with certain columns. Once imported, it is possible to know who can be found in a particular field and on a particular day. Clicking on the phone number opens the cell phone dialer with the number already dialed, ready to start the call.

The structure of the excel sheet is as follows:
- searchable name
- searchable identifier
- activities
- availability level
- availability scope (topic: for example procedure or product)
- notes on scope
- date from (dd / mm / yy format)
- date a (dd / mm / yy format)
- phone
- availability status (the "canceled" status is identified by a red light)
- Note
- hierarchical body to which they belong
- coordinator responsible for activities
