Number Info

The application stores customer information in the cell phone's memory, allowing, from this saved data, a pop-up to be displayed on the screen when a number is contained in the file. When clicking on this pop-up, a window opens showing relevant information about the customer, such as:

Open balances
Birthday coming up
Upcoming appointments
Approach business phrase
Date of last purchase
Last item purchased
Among other information
This way, the employee can answer calls, even if the number is not in their contacts, with useful information about the relationship between the company and the entity that is calling.

Additionally, the application also saves recent calls, allowing the user to view the last customers who called and access their information quickly.
