S.O.C.R.A.T.E.

The S.O.C.R.A.T.E. app is a digital tool designed to support patients and users in their journey of awareness and restructuring of their internal dialogue, through interaction with avatars and guided modules. Users create their own profile, create their own avatar, and interact with a "critical avatar" who pronounces self-critical phrases selected from a database. After listening, the user
responds by choosing a cognitive restructuring phrase, which they can read and record in their own voice, and then listen to it played back by their avatar.
