Pizzeria Flegrea

Classic Neapolitan pizza with honeycomb cornice and with raw materials of the highest quality: semi-wholemeal and wholemeal stone-ground flours and toppings with DOP, IGP and Slow Food products from the best producers and artisans from Campania (and not), starting from 8 types of tomatoes different, to buffalo mozzarella from Campania, from anchovies and tuna from Cetara, to saline capers and so on.

The doughs are hand-worked with high hydration and long leavening for the benefit of greater lightness and digestibility.

The beers are from the Soralamà di Vaie Craft Brewery (TO) - which we own - which has always stood out for the drinkability of its beers characterized by light mountain water from the Val di Susa as well as having a more than fifteen-year tradition, crowned from great successes and both national and international awards.
