Doesn't really work. I'm on Vivaldi and I require notifications to appear (i) whether the chat box is open or not (ii) whether the webpage is in focus or not (iii) whether the tab is the current tab or not (iv) whether the window is in focus or not (v) not when my desktop environment's notifications are on Do not disturb.
