Martin - Property Management

Martin is property management for people who own the buildings and often
hold the wrench too.

Clock in against a property and the timer keeps running whether or not
there is signal. Photograph what you found and what you fixed. Log
materials and receipts where you spent the money, not at the end of the
month. File a repair, move it through its states, and read the trail
afterwards — who reported it, who started it, who signed it off.

Keep every lease with the home it covers: the term, the rent, the
deposit, the people on the paper, and the signed PDF itself.

Built offline-first. A basement, a crawlspace or a dead zone changes
nothing: the work is recorded on the phone the moment it happens and
reaches the server whenever the phone next can.

Your server, your data. Martin talks to a Martin server you host —
there is no Martin cloud, no account with us, and nothing phones home.
