Constant issues: - App logs me out and won't let me log back in. No error. I enter my email address, click NEXT and nothing happens. - Often tells me my charger is offline when it isn't. - Isn't communicating with my Berlingo! For example, it tells me that it is adding 100% when the car only needs 21%. - Not getting accurate charging costs. I'm sure there's other issues that I've forgotten but generally I am just disappointed with the reality of the technology that was promised.

App is very buggy, I often have to approve plug ins several times. It is also very hard to plug in friends EVs, as it is convinced there can only be one car in the world. It wants to sync settings to the car but doesnt up date often enough. It also charges at random hours, so is not clear whether it is charging at the lower rate promised. Neither octopus nor ohme have managed to give me any proof that the daytime charging is charged at the nighttime rate
