Guedes FitRun

Guedes FitRun brings together in one place the workout prescribed by your coach, what you actually did, and what the numbers say about both.

The workout designed by your coach arrives on your phone and goes to your watch. You run, cycle, or lift weights, and the activity comes back analyzed: pace, heart rate, power, load, and a comparison between what was planned and what happened on the street.

HEALTH CONNECT
If you authorize it, the app reads workouts recorded by your watch or another app from Health Connect, including heart rate, distance, speed, elevation, power, cadence, steps, and calories, to display each workout and calculate load and zones. It also reads sleep, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability (HRV) for daily readiness. Access is read-only, and this data is not sold or used for advertising.
