Elo3 Assessoria Esportiva

The Elo3 app combines the training your coach prescribed with what you actually did in the pool, on the bike, and running.

The week planned by the team arrives on your phone and is then transferred to your watch. You train, and the activity is analyzed: pace, heart rate, power, and a comparison between what was planned and what you actually did on the day.

In the app:
- Swimming, cycling, running, triathlon, and weight training prescribed by Elo3
- Training sent to Garmin, COROS, Polar, and Zwift, with activities automatically returned
- Apple Watch and Android watches access via the phone's health app
- Load, fatigue, form, and zones calculated from your own training
- Sleep, readiness, and well-being tracked daily
- Season calendar with your races
- Direct communication with your coach
- Team feed, showing who you trained with today, likes, and comments

HEALTH CONNECT
If you authorize it, the app reads workouts recorded by your watch or another app from the Health Connect app, including heart rate, distance, speed, elevation, power, cadence, steps, and calories, to show each workout and calculate load and zones. It also reads sleep, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability (HRV) for daily readiness. Access is read-only, and this data is not sold or used for advertising.
