Unfortunately while purchasing my car showroom gave this worst equitas tag, suddenly it had problem in recharge billing error while I was driving long, and unable to connect customer, just they tell 20min, 30min waiting, but no on pick calls, so don't take this fast tag...it completely make in in trouble between roads..

Not User Friendly Recharging of app is easy since UPI is there, but after recharge you may not know is it wallet or tag. Now wallet showing money and tag doesn't. Even when trying to recharge through app wallet to tag or vice versa it is saying 'service not available'. If updation of app is not being done properly how somebody can trust while on tolls ?
