Pathetic support, they assign a load manager who is absolutely useless, he will never answer when it is highly required. Won't resolve rather transfer it to next meet, who never revert. try reaching support team for 15 times and they won't answer. The policies only favours loading party, how can halting or detention be same for all vehicle. it should be dependent on type of vehicle, load and distance. why a vehicle should wait for 24hrs for travel distance of 20 km. inexperienced person's design

Very poor service and customer support. No notification receiving in app after many reinstallation. I am facing issues with the GPS device installed in my car, but the Wheelseye is not providing proper support or resolution. Multiple follow-ups have not helped. The product may be useful, but after-sales service is extremely disappointing. Management should take this seriously and improve customer support.
