2025-02-03	An*****	Great trading and investment app, very slick, quick to use, easy to understand and with a clear UX that's well signposted. I also really like the net performance filters and watchlists as well as the landing page with graph to show overall net wealth. Compared to Trading 212, the Freetrade app is much better and nicer. A shame then that Freetrade still doesn't offer a proper SIPP that allows employer contributions or an ISA with automatic reinvestment of dividends. Loses a star for this.

2025-01-31	Bo*****	a much easier app to view and control your money than trading212. yes support is slow however if you upgrade your account it does get better as your more of a priority. been on this platform since 2022 and no real issues.

2025-01-24	Ry*****	All good till recently. App has stopped working on pixel. Every time after I login in and pass security I'm met by a blank screen. No matter how many days go past or reinstalling the app, nothing changes this. Can't even log in on desktop as part of security is login in via app. 😖

2025-01-21	J *****	Screwed us little investors, the reason for their success! Now we will show FT that if we let them win several awards, we can also take it back. The app wasn't great anyway. We only stayed loyal because we invested in it. Time to close my account.

2025-01-10	He*****	They took money from my portfolio to pay for a premium account which I did not want, when I asked for a refund they downgraded my account and claimed to return the money. But nothing returned to my account. It has now been 3 weeks and in that time I have had only 3 messages from support - they take days to respond at a time I do not trust them and regret ever using them

2025-01-03	W *****	Just useless. Pay to have the most expensive membership. Numerous deposits through their "instant payment" system gets delayed. This time nearly £14000. Told to wait 5-10 business days. Already lost over £2k of profits in one day. Customer service just useless.
