Good basic platform for investing
Reasonable execution times and costs
Simple to use for basic buying/selling
Responsive customer support for queries

Cons

Login issues including biometric failure and redirection to browser
Frequent forced logouts every 30 days
Lack of advanced trading features like buy stops, OCO orders and dark mode
Poor user interface and experience across the app
High FX fees compared to competitors

Recent reviews

Log in process is very glitchy, bot great if you want to trade. A lot of the functionality is hard to navigate from an app. Strongly prefer desktop browser, rather than the app, yet ii want to push the app.

Pros - cheaper than HL, serviceable app, take ownership of customer issues, send out lots of research. Cons - app layout could be better and has no dark mode still. Fund prices very very slow to update - HL are over 12 hours ahead, can't cancel a trade placed in error even if it was done night before (HL enables you to cancel until 8am on day of trade).
