Genetic Code Performance

The Genetic Code—an elite personal training app for athletes of all skill levels. Clients receive an workouts delivered right to their phone allowing access to data and training plans on the go.

The Genetic code allows athletes to train with award winning personal trainer, Coach Jonny “Lion” Bridgewater. Coach Bridgewater developed a science based 4-week program focusing on performance and recovery.

Athletes will work to get proper mobility and stability in key areas that all athletes need. You will establish proper strength required for your playing surface while improving POWER, QUICKNESS, EXPLOSION, VERTICAL, and most importantly DECELERATION.

The program includes calculated rest periods and custom meals to ensure you won’t sacrifice size or speed while adding lean muscle. The program is designed to eliminate burnout through programmatic recovery.

The program is in use by many professional and college athletes—designed to allow you to perform on the big stage. The focus of this program is to improve your performance on or in the court, field, arena, pool, etc—not solely how you perform in the weight room. You will grow, adapt, and recover so you’re ready for game day.

You will be able to seamlessly access Genetic Code’s personalized training library, see your assigned workouts and rest for the day, and message Coach Bridgewater with questions about your training or recovery.
