None of the below fixed despite originally posting this over a year ago. The main problem now is that the audio cuts when switching to a different app. For example if in a call you need to search for another piece of data, the audio will not pass through to the call unless you return to the Devyce app. The other minor issue is that the notification of an incoming call often fails and/or the instruction to connect the incoming call fails & the call drops.
