Acramed - Officine

Acramed Officine is the application for partner pharmacies in the Acramed network. It brings prescription requests from nearby patients directly to your counter.

RECEIVE REQUESTS
• Patients nearby send their prescriptions as a photo or text
• You are notified as soon as a request is assigned to your pharmacy

RESPOND IN SECONDS
• Indicate whether everything is available, partially available, or unavailable
• Specify which medications are in stock and add a note for the patient
• Report an illegible prescription with the reason
• The patient is notified and can accept your offer before coming in

MANAGE YOUR ON-CALL SHIFT
• Declare your on-call shifts (night, weekend, holiday) to be visible to patients
• Receive a reminder before your shift begins

TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY
• Daily requests, service rate, average response time

MANAGE YOUR PHARMACY
• Team (members and administrators), opening hours, GPS location, collection time

Restricted access: This application is intended for Acramed partner pharmacies. A pharmacy code provided by Acramed is required for registration.
