How it works
• Live requests — nearby medicine requests reach your branch the moment they arrive.
• Fast reply — In stock / Alternative / Not available, then the price in SDG, then send.
• Reserve & hand off — when a patient accepts, the reservation appears with a countdown; "Patient arrived" completes it.
• A quick read on your branch — requests, offers and sales for your active branch.
• Switch branch — one active branch per session; change it whenever you need.

Safe by design
• Every offer carries a price, and there's no silent substitution — any alternative must be named.
• One offer per branch, per request.
• Report abusive requests for admin review.
• A single active session per account, with device management.
• A small footprint: internet and notifications only.

Privacy: working at more than one pharmacy stays private — separate logins keep each organization isolated.

Free during the pilot. No in-app purchases, no ads, and the app processes no payments — payment and pickup happen at the pharmacy, in person.

Mawjoood is a facilitator that connects patients to pharmacies. It is not a pharmacy and does not sell or dispense medicine. The pharmacy remains the dispensing party.
