Work Time Tracker

Work Time Tracker records the hours you actually work, so that when someone asks — your employer, your accountant, or you at the end of the month — you have an answer you can hand over.

Start the clock when you start work
- One tap starts a shift, one pauses it for a break, one ends it.
- A live timer shows how long the current shift has been running.
- Pause and resume from the lock screen, without unlocking your phone.
- A home-screen widget shows whether you are on the clock, and for how long.

Say what the time was for
- Every shift is tagged: Normal, Weekend, Night, On Call — or tags you make up yourself.
- Change the tag in the middle of a shift and the app remembers when you changed it. An evening that starts as a normal shift and turns into on-call time stays one shift, split at the minute it changed.
- Tags are color-coded, and renaming one keeps every shift you have already recorded under it.

Fix the days that did not go to plan
- Forgot to start the clock? Add the shift afterwards, with the times it really had.
- Open any shift to see how it ran: when it started, when you paused, where the tag changed, when it ended.
- Correct any of those times by tapping it. Insert a tag you forgot at the moment it belongs, or drop a stretch you did not mean to record.
- Delete a single shift, or clear out everything before a date once you no longer need it.

Hand in a timesheet
- Export a PDF timesheet made to be printed and signed: a row per day with start, end, break and hours worked, the totals underneath, and a line to sign.
- Put your name, employee number and company on it, so it arrives ready to file.
- Choose whole months, whole weeks, or any range of dates you like.
- Export the same shifts as a spreadsheet instead, when the numbers are going somewhere else.
- Send it straight to email or a messaging app, or save it exactly where you want it on your phone.

Keep your own records
- Back up every shift you have recorded into a single file.
- Move to a new phone, or recover from a mistake, by importing that file again. Shifts you already have are left alone.

What it costs
- The app is free and nothing in it is locked. Recording, tags, editing, the widget, the spreadsheet and the backups all work the same whether or not you pay, with no limit on how many shifts or tags you keep.
- Exported PDF timesheets carry a small "Free Version" mark. One purchase, once, removes it from every sheet you export — including sheets for shifts you recorded before buying. It is not a subscription, and it follows your Google account to your other devices.

Your hours stay on your phone
- No account to create and nothing to sign in to.
- Your shifts are kept on your device and are never uploaded. They leave it only in a file you export yourself.
- No advertising, no tracking, and no access to your location, camera, microphone or contacts.
- The app makes no connection of its own at all (with the exception of optional crash reporting to help us make the app better).
