No account, no server. Your jobs and your shifts stay on this phone. The app shows ads, which need an internet connection and an advertising identifier. Everything else works with the plane in flight mode.

Hours, pay and overtime totals are estimates based on the hours, rates, breaks and overtime rules you enter. This app is a personal record tool. It is not payroll software, legal advice, or an official employment record.
