Event Badge Generator/Maker turns attendee details into clean, print-ready event passes in seconds — no design skills needed.

Pick a template, type the event and attendee details, choose a role, and your pass updates live. Add a scannable QR code for fast check-in (name, website, contact vCard or any custom text), then export a high-quality PNG ready to print and slot into a lanyard.

Running a whole event? Import a CSV of your guest list and generate every pass at once, each with its own name, role, company, category and QR code — all saved to a folder you choose.

Templates: Classic, Minimal, Lanyard, Ticket, Bold and Sidebar. Roles: Attendee, Speaker, VIP, Staff, Press, Sponsor and Crew, each with its own colour. Sizes: 3x4 in, 4x3 in, 4x6 in, CR80 card, A6 and square. Themes: switch the whole look between six designs, from clean daylight to After Dark and Neon Night.
