I just love this app so much. It makes the task of updating your phone, the payment method or anything else so easy. There's another credit card company who couldn't update my phone number because it is under my husband's name, just so that I could verify my acct. I had to get on their app and have the payment sent out of my checking account. It shows me that Avant app actually values me as a customer. They trust me. I will stay with this bank for the rest of my life. Thank you, Avant!

I used to be able to log on with no problem on my cell. Now I can't log in at all. It keeps saying "Oops there's a problem. This is really getting to be very irritating. This has been going on now for the second month. I have no problem with the card itself. It's a great card, but I would like to be able to log into my account. This is why I gave it 2 starts, for not being able to access my account. This is downright disgusting!

Biometrics is not working, even after multiple tries of logging in and out. Was sufficient testing done before going live? Also, transactions are slow to post.
