Recent reviews

After 6 years and annually paying a fee on a card that I barely used, I never reached a decent credit line limit when I asked recently, even though I always paid my balances in full or within two months ahead of statements ending periods. Plus, I was never offered an option to switch from a fee card to a no fee card after being a loyal customer to Avant/WebBank, but thanks for teaching me a lesson.

Had this card for quite a few years. The perks were terrible. The CS was even worse, the annual fee and rates were higher than most cards. Then recently they change terms to include a monthly service charge on top of the annual fee. That was the last straw. This is a credit card and they treat it as if it was a debit to credit service. I canceled it, took the hit to my credit report and moved on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS CARD SERVICE

Terrible terrible customer service. I only have tried to put an address change in on a credit card to get a complete run around. Im adked why do i need to put in an address change...well because i moved and would like to update address on file. Then its let me put you on hold once again. They can just keep the old address. Trying to understand the customer service persons is not easy the language barrier is a real problem.
