My ISP Connect

My ISP Connect is a white-label, cross-platform mobile app built for broadband/ISP customers to self-manage their internet connection without calling support. The app is multi-tenant: it can be rebranded and reconfigured per internet service provider, pulling company name, logos, support contacts, help center, and privacy policy links dynamically from a branding service so the same codebase can be shipped as a distinct app for different ISPs.

Core Features:
Account & Plan Management :
Customers can view their current broadband/data plan, usage details, validity, and renew or change plans directly from the app.

Billing & Payments:
View past and current bills and pay them in-app via integrated Razorpay payment gateway support.

Complaint Management:
Raise service complaints, track their status, and link/associate complaints with support tickets through a dedicated complaint linking flow.

Router Automation:
A standout feature: the app can auto-detect a customer's router, run provisioning automation, configure PPPoE credentials, and manage connected devices and logs — effectively enabling self-service router setup without a technician visit. It uses network info, geolocation, and permission-aware flows to assist this process.

Speed Test:
Built-in internet speed test so customers can verify the performance of their connection.

DigiLocker Integration:
Supports customer KYC via DigiLocker — useful for new connection onboarding or regulatory compliance.

Secure Login & App Lock:
Authentication flow with local biometric/PIN app-lock to protect sensitive account and payment data.

Dashboard:
A landing dashboard summarizing plan status, bills, and quick actions after login.

Profile Management:
View/manage customer profile details.
