SkoolBook: School Management

SkoolBook is the mobile app for schools running on the SkoolBook platform. Sign in with the account your school gives you — there is no separate registration, and no public sign-up.

• The weekly timetable and the school calendar

FOR SCHOOL STAFF
What you see depends on the role your school gives you. Teachers mark attendance, set homework and enter marks. Office staff handle admissions, certificates and approval queues. Accountants work on fee demands and receipts. Librarians issue and return books. The school nurse records health and discipline entries. Wardens manage hostel rooms and gate passes. Transport managers maintain routes and stops. Gate security logs visitors and verifies gate passes. Principals and management see school-wide dashboards.

NOTIFICATIONS
The app can notify you when your school publishes a circular or records an absence.

PRIVACY
SkoolBook holds school records on behalf of the school, on infrastructure in India. Your role decides what you can see, and it is enforced on the server, not in the app. Read the full policy at https://skoolbook.in/privacy
