SkoolMatic Staff helps authorized school administrators and staff manage academic and administrative activities from one convenient app.
Depending on assigned permissions, staff members can:
• Manage student, teacher and staff records
• Process admissions and maintain student information
• Record and review student, teacher and staff attendance
• Manage classes, sections, subjects and timetables
• Create exams and manage report cards
• Review homework and academic information
• Maintain fee, payroll and salary records
• Manage transport routes, trips and hostel records
• Send announcements and communicate with parents and staff
• Access documents, meetings, notifications and helpdesk requests
• Use location-based staff attendance where enabled by the school
Access is restricted to authorized users registered by a participating school. Login credentials and permissions are provided and managed by the school.
Available features depend on the school’s configuration and the permissions assigned to each user. An internet connection is required for online features.
