SkoolMatic School Admin helps authorized school administrators manage everyday school operations from one mobile app.
Use the app to:
• View school dashboards and important updates
• Manage student, teacher and staff records
• Record and review attendance and leave
• Manage fees, invoices, receipts and financial reports
• Send announcements and communicate through supported channels
• Access calendars, admissions, transport, hostel and other school modules
• Schedule voice and video meetings
• Review subscription, billing and enabled features
Access is restricted to authorized SkoolMatic school administrators and staff. Sign-in requires a registered phone number and OTP. Accounts are provided by the school or SkoolMatic organization and cannot be created directly in the app.
Available features may vary depending on the school’s configuration, permissions, subscription plan and enabled services. An internet connection is required for most features.
