Shiv Lal Manpower is the official employee app for staff deployed at Shiv Lal Manpower client sites. This app is for registered Shiv Lal Manpower employees only. You will need the login credentials issued by your HR team. There is no public sign-up, and the app is not meant for the general public.

Browse your attendance day by day and month by month. See present, late and absent days for any period, so your record is always clear and always matches payroll. If something looks wrong, you can raise it with your supervisor with the exact dates and times in hand, instead of trying to remember.

APPLY FOR LEAVE FROM YOUR PHONE
Submit casual, sick, earned or unpaid leave requests without visiting the office. Check your remaining leave balance before you apply so there are no surprises, and track each request as it moves from pending to approved or rejected. You are notified the moment a decision is made, so you can plan with confidence.

View your monthly payslips as soon as payroll is processed. See your full earnings breakdown along with PF and ESI deductions and your net pay, and download any payslip as a PDF whenever you need it — for a loan application, a bank, a rental, or simply your own records. PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR, AND WHY
Location: used only at the moment you check in or check out, to confirm you are at your assigned site. The app does not track your location in the background or when you are off shift.
Camera: used only to take your check-in selfie, so your attendance can be verified as genuinely yours. The camera is never used for anything else.

YOUR DATA, HANDLED RESPONSIBLY
We collect only what is needed to run attendance, leave and payroll for your employment. Your information is shared with your employer, Shiv Lal Manpower, for these purposes, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
