• Complete employee onboarding and maintain employment details
• Mark attendance at assigned worksites using location verification and selfie confirmation
• View current shift status and attendance history
• Upload, view and download employment documents
• View and download payslips
• Access profile information and support

Access is restricted to authorized ShramIN Talent employee accounts. Available features may depend on the employee’s role and account configuration. Location and camera access are used only when required for attendance, identity verification or document capture.
