BUILT WITH PRIVACY AT THE CORE

Your data stays yours. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. There are no advertising IDs, no behavioral tracking, and no third-party analytics.

All traffic is encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest, and per-document security rules ensure team members only see what they are authorized to see. An app-integrity layer verifies that every request comes from a legitimate TeamFlow build, blocking automated abuse.

SAFETY AND MODERATION

TeamFlow gives you clear controls over what you see and who can reach you. Long-press any comment or chat message to Report objectionable content — you can choose a category (spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, violence, child sexual abuse material, or other) and add context. Our team reviews every report within 2 business days and removes content that violates our policies; accounts that repeatedly violate policy are suspended or terminated. Reports of child sexual abuse material are escalated immediately and, where required by law, reported to the appropriate authority.

When you want to leave, account deletion is a single tap inside the app — your profile, attachments, and content are removed from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within 90.
