I like the new update ;) helped me a lot on my math exam quiz

When I first downloaded the app, everything went fine. I chose the $4.99 option, and everything was working perfectly. Until the next month came and they charged my account without giving me more questions, and they charged me twice. They have no contact line. I've emailed them twice, and I have gotten nothing back. I've tried seeing if they have any other form of contact, which they don't. I then canceled my subscription and tried to renew to try to get my questions back because I was pressed for time. This process in itself was extremely frustrating; it does not let you choose the plan that you originally chose because in the system you are still "subscribed" to it. I then tried to make another account and try to pay for the same subscription, but that did not even work. Do not get this app; it will waste your time. If you need a quick fix. I guess it's okay, but for what it is, I would give it a one-star just because it worked in the beginning but it charged me twice, there is no contact support, and I can't make another account.
