| 2024-11-03 |  | | en | When I first downloaded the app, everything went fine. I chose the $4.99 option, and everything was working perfectly. Until the next month came and they charged my account without giving me more questions, and they charged me twice. They have no contact line. I've emailed them twice, and I have gotten nothing back. I've tried seeing if they have any other form of contact, which they don't. I then canceled my subscription and tried to renew to try to get my questions back because I was pressed for time. This process in itself was extremely frustrating; it does not let you choose the plan that you originally chose because in the system you are still "subscribed" to it. I then tried to make another account and try to pay for the same subscription, but that did not even work. Do not get this app; it will waste your time. If you need a quick fix. I guess it's okay, but for what it is, I would give it a one-star just because it worked in the beginning but it charged me twice, there is no contact support, and I can't make another account. |

Scanning takes time, time taken for ext to provide result is horrible - its lagging alot, if it fails to provide asnwer or process the scan you get your "credit" deducted so you have to use 2 credits for one question. Gives you allocation on how many times you can use it and if you do not renew "sub" next month, you loose the remaining credit so you do not get to use what you have paid for. Unsubscribe can be done only via their "support" system so until they process your request, you may still get charged despite not wanting to renew. Would not recommend. There are better and cheaper ways to solve quiz or any questions you need it for. Only reason I have tried this is to get text out of picture and see if it will get answers correct. Out of approx 250 scans the answers were sub 40% correct. All in all, it is still better to write questions to GPT, get better and valid answers - and for FREE! |
