Until the next month came and they charged my account without giving me more questions, and they charged me twice. They have no contact line. I've emailed them twice, and I have gotten nothing back. I've tried seeing if they have any other form of contact, which they don't. I then canceled my subscription and tried to renew to try to get my questions back because I was pressed for time. This process in itself was extremely frustrating; it does not let you choose the plan that you originally chose because in the system you are still "subscribed" to it. I then tried to make another account and try to pay for the same subscription, but that did not even work. Do not get this app; it will waste your time. If you need a quick fix. I guess it's okay, but for what it is, I would give it a one-star just because it worked in the beginning but it charged me twice, there is no contact support, and I can't make another account. |
