Although this is exactly what I was looking for, after you enter the timings, it refreshes endlessly and unable to play the video. may be need an update.

I've had no issues when looping the entire video, but manually setting a starting and finishing time for the loop causes the page to start refreshing endlessly. The only fix for this seems to be closing the tab.
