Pourmetrics SpotCheck

Pourmetrics SpotCheck is a daily shrinkage assistant for bars and venues.

Instead of waiting for the monthly stocktake to discover thousands lost to over-pours, give-aways, or theft, SpotCheck samples a handful of bottles each shift and tells you what's missing — that day, not 30 days later.

• Pair a Bluetooth scale (any cheap kitchen scale works, smart scales auto-read)
• At shift open or close, the app picks 3-5 bottles to weigh
• It compares the actual remaining liquid against expected (POS sales minus pours)
