Avaza - Invoices & Timesheets

Great App!! Just what i was looking for! Everything in one place, business management + Project management. Im loving it!

As an IT contractor I need to account for my time. I started using Avaza a few months ago at the recommendation of a former colleague. It always pays to be organised, you only get back what you put in. In this case this software gives back way more than you put it - burn down charts and reports, so many reports. The interface is fast and uncluttered which makes most interactions brief so I can get on with the job. But there's a lot lurking below this clean interface. I was already familiar with real-time time trackers so it was nice to find that this feature built in to the time-sheet. The ability to invoice from your time-sheets is also nice. The invoices are tidy and professional. I have had one interaction with support to answer some questions about certain fields and the response was instant and informative via the online chat. I'm yet to buy in to a subscription after three months, but if this contracting gig kicks on there's no question about it.

After searching for the right fit for my consultancy, I found avaza to be everything I want. I time my hours in real time or retroactively and I categorize my tasks for easier reporting. It has helped with the transparency of my organization since everybody can see where I am spending my time. Bonus: You can create invoices!! Super simple - I highly recommend it!
