I am forced to use this in my company.. Even after months of using this, it is annoying to use it (I am a developer).. You need to perform many clicks just to start a timer or update a task. :/ I like their API, I developed my own command line tool for aceproject which automates many things. But please make it more useful, subtasks were awesome.

Has GREAT potential with a rich feature set but WHY NO SUBTASKS and no import of MPP ??? Until these features are added it is not feasible for projects when interfacing with medium to large copmanies
