Recent reviews

The app no longer saves full drives to my phone, which it used to do. To create a clip from a drive I have to be in the car, connected to the camera and it takes literally 2-3 minutes to create and save a 30-second clip. I’ve cleared my phone storage, checked all of my settings, and it seems like it should be saving videos but doesn’t. The most aggravating issue is with Groups - I get notifications when another driver in my group captures a clip, but the group never loads and I can never see the clips. This defeats the purpose of using the groups to keep tabs on your family while they’re driving. If something terrible happened to another group member, I would not know. I’ve gone through the AI support questions and nothing is ever resolved.

If using the NEXS1 with HD Smart Dash Camera Suction Mount, push camera firmly into USB-C port in mount. It will “pop” in. You will know when it happens. Hopefully, this information will prevent a new user from mistakenly thinking power cord and/or suction mount is broken.
