Recent reviews

The app is not good by any means, creating clips in the app is very frustrating. You should just be able to download the entire video instead of creating a clip. In addition, the clip takes ages to create and then you have to download it which takes forever as well. If you have wireless Apple CarPlay (or Android Auto assuming), good luck getting the app to work correctly with the dash cam.

There isn’t a way to stay on one customer support thread, so when the day ends and my problem still isn’t resolved (going on over a week now of the camera not working), I have to start a new chat with the bot to then talk to a person and let them know that I was already talking with a person about my issues yesterday. Also, I was scheduled to get a call to talk about the broken dash cam, but that never happened either.
