User Reviews

Overall, users praise the app for high-quality workouts, visuals, and progress tracking that pair well with Crossrope gear. The primary drawbacks are subscription-based access that locks essential features, and perceived value challenges due to ongoing costs. Some users also report cross-device limitations or occasional glitches. The strength lies in content quality and motivation; the cost structure is the recurring point of contention.
Pros
  • High-quality workouts with expert instructors and frequent content updates.
  • Strong progress tracking and seamless integration with Crossrope gear and multiple rope weights.
  • Well-designed visuals and guidance with move previews; ability to blend rope work with bodyweight exercises.
  • Motivation and supportive customer service; consistently encouraging user experience.
  • Versatile program for warm-ups and long-term training, complementing a broader fitness setup.
Cons
  • Core features are gated behind an AMP subscription, including jump counting and many workouts, leading to paywall frustration.
  • Perceived high cost and ongoing upsell; users feel the app adds substantial costs beyond the ropes.
  • Cross-device and stability concerns; limited free content and some device-specific limitations affect usability.

Love this app! Quality equipment, excellent exercise programs and instructors. Always updating with new material but repeating everything would be perfectly fine - so much there!

Workouts are solid but when I’m told I can download a “free” app with workouts and it’s $120 a year….yeah sure it’s free to download but come on now. Just paid $300 for ropes and that’s not enough?
