MyEskom Customer

This App provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing and meter reading functionality. The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.

Eskom customers can:

• View their electricity account/s
• View the following for a selected account • Account Balance • Last Bill Details: Billing Date, Payments Received, Adjustments, Monthly Charges • Account Details: Name, Postal Address, Email • Premise Details: Premise Description, Premise ID, Service Point ID and Pole Number • Bill Delivery Method
• Submit Meter Reading linked to your Account
• Submit Meter Reading Remarks in the event you are unable to read your meter
• Request an Update of your Customer Details
• Change Bill Delivery Method to E-mail
• Provides useful links to credit card payment providers
• Submit a Basic Query

Excluded:

1. Prepaid vending is not included. You cannot buy prepaid tokens via this App.
