My electric service provider, Kentucky utilities/KU provides ‘mymeter’ to all of their customers and is not on the list inside this app to access. Please add.

I’ve been using this app for the last 3 years and for whatever reason, the last couple months, my bill isn’t showing up on the app so I’m forced to go on my computer and go to the website where I have to look at a copy of my bill then make a payment with how much that says instead of it just letting me pay it on the app and there isn’t anywhere that says the app needs updated.
