The experiment vault is buggy. Completed challenges are not counted. You can’t report the bugs because you have to jump through hoops AND have an account with them. The so-called help page is worthless and doesn’t help but states they are aware of “a bug” but doesn’t fix the issue. The bug I have encountered so far is, kill 250 enemies on quests (stuck at 115 and I did 50 quests). Complete Questline: Deathclaw Strippers didn’t count in the challenge but did count to receive The Ghoul (Las Vegas). I’m sure there will be more but no way to REPORT the bug since you have to have an account with BETHESDA.
