Shelter Fall is a post-apocalyptic survival strategy game where you manage a small group of survivors, build and upgrade your shelter, research technologies, and defend against nightly waves of hostile creatures. Every run is a tense 20-day roguelike journey where one wrong decision can mean the end.

SURVIVE THE WASTELAND Manage five critical resources — Food, Materials, Ammo, Power, and Morale — to keep your survivors alive. Assign them to scavenge, build, research, or stand guard. Balance short-term needs against long-term survival as threats escalate with each passing day.

BUILD YOUR SHELTER Construct 10 unique buildings including Greenhouses, Med Bays, Workshops, Watchtowers, Barracks, Laboratories, and more. Each building provides vital bonuses — from food production and healing to crafting and defense boosts. Plan your layout carefully; resources are scarce.

DEFEND THE NIGHT When darkness falls, hostile creatures attack. Place and upgrade 5 types of defenses — Barricades, Traps, Turrets, Generators, and Walls — each upgradeable to level 5. Take command in real-time SpriteKit defense scenes, watching your turrets fire and your walls hold against Walkers, Runners, Tanks, Brutes, and terrifying Boss enemies.

RESEARCH 25 TECHNOLOGIES Unlock powerful upgrades through a deep tech tree. From Efficient Gathering and Advanced Medicine to Auto Turrets, Night Vision, Explosive Traps, and the desperate Last Stand protocol — every technology can tip the balance between survival and extinction.

FACE 30+ RANDOM EVENTS Each day brings unexpected challenges and opportunities. Encounter wandering survivors, discover supply caches, face moral dilemmas, weather dangerous storms, and make choices that shape your colony's fate. No two runs play out the same.

SCOUT THE MAP Send survivors to explore surrounding zones on a procedural map. Discover resource caches, encounter dangers, find new survivors, and uncover the secrets of what happened to the world.

FOUR DIFFICULTY LEVELS Start with Easy (6 survivors) to learn the ropes, tackle Normal (5) or Hard (3) for a real challenge, or brave Apocalypse mode (2 survivors) for the ultimate test. Unlock 14 achievements as you master each difficulty.

META-PROGRESSION Even when your shelter falls, progress carries forward. Unlock permanent upgrades and bonuses that make future runs slightly easier — but never easy.
