MyCareLink Smart US combines a Reader and a mobile app to help pacemaker patients stay connected with their doctors. The MyCareLink Smart Monitor enables secure remote sharing of heart device data for pacemakers and CRT-Ps between clinic visits or when you’re not feeling well. The Reader is prescribed by your doctor, and the app complements clinical care as advised.

With the Mobile App, you can send device information from anywhere and see the date you last sent data. Cellular and Wi‑Fi availability may affect service. Always follow your clinician’s guidance and use the Reader as prescribed; the app should not replace medical decisions.

I originally loved how easy this app was but now it states I need to update but under no circumstance at all will it actually update, making this all useless. No other app on my phone has this flaw. I guess the new version is so secure, few or no patients can actually use the app any longer.
