So many complaints from people clearly don’t understand what the app is for. This app clearly states it’s for clinicians, not patients and their caregivers. I don’t download an app for ordering food and then complain no one came to pick me up to give me a ride. Before you waste hours trying to figure out why the app isn’t working, you should probably read to see what the app is used for. For those looking to use this app for its intended purpose (clinicians), it’s great and serves its purpose.
